Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware

- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Demonstrated success scaling quantum systems to 100+ qubits
