Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits for NISQ and fault-tolerant architectures
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world applications
- Implement quantum error correction protocols at scale
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Drive quantum security standards for enterprise clients
- Lead quantum research initiatives in partnership with MIT and Stanford
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing or advanced cryptography
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction theory
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
