Responsibilities

- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing interfaces for enterprise deployment
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and simulation applications
- Establish industry standards for quantum benchmarking and validation protocols
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and strategic partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum hardware or quantum error correction systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum control systems and RF engineering
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantum algorithms into hardware specifications
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DOE/NIST clearances
