Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for enterprise clients
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and coherence times
- Create quantum machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for financial modeling simulations
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
- Partner with government agencies on post-quantum security standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or superconducting qubits
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum hardware interfacing
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
