Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and cryptography
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stability at scale
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum adoption in finance, pharmaceuticals, and logistics sectors
- Pioneer novel quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptographic infrastructure
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and represent the company at global quantum conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction codes
- Proven track record in developing production-level quantum software using Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel programming models
