Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world commercial applications

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance metrics
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation data infrastructure
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and practical implementations
- Present breakthrough findings at premier industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical optimization tools
- Deep understanding of quantum annealing, superconducting qubits, and photonic systems
- Track record of translating theoretical quantum models into functional prototypes
- Experience securing $10M+ in quantum computing research grants or venture funding
- Certification in quantum cryptography or quantum machine learning specialization
