Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to benchmark quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Translate theoretical quantum advantage into patentable IP
- Present research findings at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms using Qiskit/Quil/Cirq
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated experience with quantum simulation frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Experience securing quantum computing research grants
