Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental research on quantum hardware systems including superconducting qubits and ion traps

- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and test quantum computing architectures

- Secure research funding through grant proposals and partnership development

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and information theory
