- Secure $5M+ in quantum computing grants from NSF and DARPA
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
- Translate theoretical models into practical quantum advantage solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years post-doctoral research
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and statistical mechanics
- Track record of securing federal research grants
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Patent portfolio in quantum computing technologies preferred
