Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize complex data from diverse sources to identify emerging trends relevant to 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts and thought leaders
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive technologies
- Author thought leadership content on future trends and their implications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Economics, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures research methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of influencing organizational strategy through foresight work
