Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental research on quantum hardware-software co-design and error mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical computing frameworks
- Secure external funding through grant proposals and industry partnerships
- Publish breakthrough research in leading scientific journals and present at global conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience

- Published record in quantum computing research or equivalent industry contributions
