What You'll Do
Your primary focus will be developing and optimizing state-of-the-art machine learning models. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment.
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and neural networks for complex, real-world applications.
- System Architecture: Design scalable MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, speed, and accuracy in production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching cutting-edge papers and implementing novel algorithms to improve system performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code; conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Ethical AI: Ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and aligned with ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably with a focus on NLP or Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Tools: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex data challenges and optimize model inference latency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
