Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems launching in 2026
- Conduct ethical risk assessments for novel AI applications in healthcare and transportation
- Develop audit protocols to ensure algorithmic transparency and bias mitigation
- Advocate for ethical AI standards across product development lifecycle
- Lead stakeholder engagements with regulators, NGOs, and industry consortiums
- Proactively identify emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics roles
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001
- Experience with bias detection tools (e.g., IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Strong background in developing organizational ethical frameworks
- Published research or thought leadership on AI ethics preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, EIT) or relevant domain expertise
