Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum error correction techniques
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum machine learning frameworks

- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum annealing systems
- Expertise in quantum algorithm development using Qiskit or Cirq
- Published research in quantum cryptography or error correction
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Familiarity with NIST post-quantum cryptography standards
- Experience with quantum hardware calibration and optimization
