Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on our proprietary hardware
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with materials scientists to advance qubit coherence times
- Author patents and peer-reviewed publications on quantum computing breakthroughs
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Present findings at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published work in quantum algorithm development
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and microwave control electronics
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
