Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or hardware
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Track record of securing federal quantum research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Experience leading quantum computing teams at FAANG or equivalent
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and simulation frameworks
