Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical industry applications
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum software architectures for scalability
- Optimize quantum circuits for NISQ and fault-tolerant hardware
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum software development lifecycle
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption systems
- Research emerging quantum computing paradigms and industry use cases
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and establish coding standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum software engineering
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of shipping production quantum software
- Strong background in high-performance classical computing
