Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and product navigation.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex client issues efficiently.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to upsell products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40 WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
