Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations including inventory management, stock rotation, and visual merchandising
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with weekend team members to execute promotional events and sales strategies
- Monitor store appearance and cleanliness standards during operational hours
- Participate in weekly inventory audits and sales reporting activities
- Support loss prevention protocols and security procedures
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (any major welcome)
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays) 12-8 PM
- Strong communication skills with customer service mindset
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Attention to detail in inventory management and transaction processing
- Team-oriented approach with adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred but not required
