Responsibilities
- Assist with daily store operations including inventory management and stock organization
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Participate in visual merchandising and store presentation updates
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Support promotional events and weekend sales initiatives
- Complete weekly training modules and performance assessments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or college program
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 8am-6pm)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Positive attitude with customer service focus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must be 16+ years of age
- Reliable transportation to El Paso location
