Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Create and articulate a comprehensive, long-term technology roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research and analyze cutting-edge technologies to determine their viability and integration potential for the 2026 roadmap.
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof system architectures that support rapid innovation and growth.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into compelling narratives for executive leadership and diverse stakeholders.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research and development teams to pilot and validate futuristic prototypes for the 2026 era.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global technology trends to ensure Apex Future Systems remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or IT strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and blockchain technologies.
- Roadmap Experience: Demonstrated history of successfully leading multi-year technology transformation initiatives.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
