Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business vision into a robust, scalable technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Readiness) to determine their applicability for future product development.
- Architecture Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex enterprise architectures, ensuring security, scalability, and performance standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison between product managers, engineering teams, and external partners to align on project milestones.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation by mentoring senior developers and architects.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership roles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies (5+ years horizon) and executing them successfully.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and modern programming paradigms.
