Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-fidelity 2D illustrations and motion graphics for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into engaging visual assets.
- Develop animated user interface elements (micro-interactions, loading states, transitions).
- Maintain and update design libraries, ensuring brand consistency across all projects.
- Present design concepts and storyboards to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Optimize assets for performance without compromising visual quality.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D design and motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, easing) and storytelling.
- A robust portfolio showcasing both static artwork and motion projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience working in an agile, fast-paced agency environment.
