Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity 2D graphics, illustrations, and static assets for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX researchers, and developers to ensure design fidelity during the engineering phase.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and products.
- Conduct user testing and feedback analysis to iterate and improve design outcomes.
- Present design concepts and detailed proposals to stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind creative decisions.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, software advancements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years minimum) as a 2D Designer, Visual Designer, or Graphic Designer.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating exceptional illustration, typography, and graphic design skills.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong command of prototyping and wireframing tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to non-designers.
