Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex 2D animations and interactive sequences using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Craft lightweight, high-performance animations using GSAP, Anime.js, or custom libraries.
- Optimize rendering performance to ensure 60fps animations across all devices and browsers.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate creative concepts into functional, pixel-perfect code.
- Create responsive prototypes and interactive demos for stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain and refactor existing animation codebases to improve scalability and maintainability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on front-end engineering.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), CSS3, and HTML5.
- Deep understanding of 2D rendering contexts, specifically HTML5 Canvas and SVG manipulation.
- Experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Three.js for 2D, Pixi.js) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex rendering issues.
- Portfolio demonstrating advanced 2D animation and interactive web projects.
