Responsibilities
- Design and implement the architectural foundation for autonomous AI agents, focusing on long-term planning and execution.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for agentic behaviors, including tool use, memory management, and multi-step reasoning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into enterprise-grade applications and production environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability of AI systems.
- Conduct research into novel architectures that bridge the gap between narrow AI and true autonomy.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML and LLMs.
- Deep understanding of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Chain-of-Thought prompting.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, and experience with model serving frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, vLLM).
- Strong grasp of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping complex, scalable AI products to market.
