We are seeking a visionary Senior AGI Research Engineer to spearhead the development of autonomous intelligence systems designed for the year 2026 and beyond. This is not just a job; it is an opportunity to define the trajectory of human-machine interaction in the next technological era.
As a key member of our Future Tech division, you will work on cutting-edge projects involving Neural Interfaces, Synthetic Data generation, and next-generation LLMs aimed at solving complex global challenges.
Responsibilities
- Architect next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for real-time reasoning and multi-modal synthesis.
- Lead the R&D team in exploring Neural Interface technologies and Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI).
- Design scalable pipelines for Synthetic Data generation to train robust AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional units to integrate Quantum Computing algorithms into classical AI workflows.
- Conduct rigorous testing on ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation protocols.
- Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Deep understanding of Reinforcement Learning and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Experience with High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments.
- Strong grasp of ethics in AI and explainable AI (XAI) principles.
