Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable AI architectures for next-generation applications.
- Research Leadership: Lead research initiatives in large language models (LLMs), computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
- System Optimization: Optimize model performance, reduce latency, and ensure high availability in production environments.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all models adhere to ethical guidelines and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and transformer models.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
