Responsibilities
- Design and implement a robust technical roadmap aligned with the company’s 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead the migration and modernization of legacy systems to next-generation cloud architectures.
- Oversee the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities into core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance across all global deployments.
- Conduct technical due diligence for potential acquisitions and partnerships.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
