Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI systems designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the migration strategy towards Autonomous Agent frameworks and multi-modal learning models.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate classical AI with quantum algorithms.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI safety, ethics, and governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Optimize neural network efficiency to support real-time processing on edge devices.
- Present technical strategies to executive stakeholders and product teams.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Architecture.
- Proven expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
