Responsibilities

- Model Optimization: Lead the research and development of state-of-the-art models, focusing on performance optimization and cost efficiency.

- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting rigorous code reviews.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
