Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable neural network architectures designed for 2026-era computational efficiency.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and algorithmic bias mitigation.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research to identify emerging technologies that align with our 5-year roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps pipelines.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
