Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Model Development: Lead the R&D of proprietary 2026-standard algorithms, focusing on energy efficiency and cognitive depth.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI models into legacy systems and new product lines.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency and throughput to meet enterprise-grade standards.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust. Experience with Quantum Computing libraries is a major plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale engineering challenges.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
