Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning systems and neural network architectures for large-scale deployment.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI capabilities leading up to 2026.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge algorithms in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Mentor a team of high-performing data scientists and engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and data security.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience in designing distributed systems and high-performance computing environments.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
