Responsibilities
- Define the architectural roadmap for AI systems designed for the 2026 landscape, focusing on Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Design and implement high-performance ML pipelines and data processing architectures using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Lead the integration of advanced reasoning techniques to enhance model autonomy.
- Establish governance frameworks for Responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in all deployed models.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and multimodal AI models.
- Experience with MLOps, model versioning, and deployment strategies (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
