As a key member of our R&D team, you will architect scalable AI solutions that solve complex problems and set industry standards. This role is critical in bridging the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, high-impact applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML models using Python and PyTorch.
- Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate advanced AI into core platforms.
- Ensure data privacy, ethics, and compliance in all AI implementations.
- Optimize existing neural networks for high performance and low latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of NLP and computer vision architectures.
- Experience deploying models to production environments (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from concept to delivery.
