Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the technical strategy for long-term AI initiatives, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Model Research & Development: Design and implement novel deep learning architectures that set industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of MLOps pipelines, ensuring high availability and low latency for production AI services.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into actionable insights for product and engineering leadership.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks in the 2026 roadmap and architect mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 4 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle unsolved problems in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
