Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for enterprise applications.
- Lead the development and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Mentor a team of senior data scientists and software engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical requirements into architectural solutions.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with global standards (GDPR, CCPA).
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and system optimization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, model deployment pipelines, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred.
