Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI infrastructure initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen generative AI workloads.
- Lead cross-functional teams in Quantum Readiness assessments and architectural planning.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Autonomous Systems, Neuro-symbolic AI) and validate their commercial viability.
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Develop robust data pipelines capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, AI, or data science, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Prompt Engineering architectures.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in high-growth environments.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, privacy, and ethical AI implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
