- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Translate complex business requirements into innovative technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of Neural Networks, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving technical strategy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders.
