Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, robust AI infrastructure capable of supporting multi-modal models and real-time inference.
- Lead research and development efforts for proprietary algorithms targeting breakthroughs in Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance with global regulations.
- Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for AI capabilities, specifically focusing on 2026 strategic goals.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
