Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Model Development: Lead the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks tailored for enterprise applications.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural workshops.
- Optimization: Optimize inference latency and training throughput using distributed computing frameworks and hardware acceleration (TPU/GPU).
- Strategy: Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and provide strategic guidance on AI adoption and integration.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype novel algorithms to validate concepts before full-scale production deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning/AI architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
