Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Strategy: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI systems aligned with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI, neural networks, and quantum computing to inform our product strategy.
- System Optimization: Analyze complex technical requirements and architect solutions that ensure security, scalability, and efficiency.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development plans.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously monitor system performance to drive iterative improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI or Machine Learning roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Strong ability to think critically about long-term technical trends and their business implications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex architectural problems under pressure.
