Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Project 2026’s core AI infrastructure and predictive models.
- Define technical strategy, roadmaps, and best practices for AI development across the organization.
- Mentor and guide a team of world-class data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high availability for all AI deployments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our products.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead AI/ML architecture role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision is highly preferred.
