Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Spearhead the research and development of next-generation AI frameworks and predictive models designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and autonomous system architectures that can handle massive data throughput.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, engineers, and data scientistsâto translate futuristic concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure optimal performance and minimal latency.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce internal guidelines for ethical AI usage, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in all automated systems.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the AI division.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterâs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused specifically on AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly preferred.
- Research Background: A strong publication record or demonstrated experience in cutting-edge research areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and design innovative solutions for ambiguous challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
