Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for production environments.
- Optimize deep learning algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI concepts into scalable features.
- Conduct rigorous research and implement novel techniques in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Monitor model performance and implement strategies to reduce latency and bias.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
