The Role:
You will be the technical lead for our core inference engine, responsible for optimizing deep learning models for production environments and ensuring scalability across global infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy complex machine learning models with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Optimize existing neural networks for low-latency inference in high-traffic environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and security experts to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for AI engineering within the organization.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in artificial intelligence and implement novel architectures where applicable.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for Project 2026.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithmic complexity.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
