Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term technical vision for AI development leading into 2026 and beyond.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale machine learning models, from data ingestion to production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to integrate AI solutions into core business workflows.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, including LLMs, computer vision, and edge computing, to recommend strategic pivots.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct technical due diligence for potential acquisitions and partnerships in the AI space.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI research.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from concept to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire diverse engineering teams.
