In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical deployment, working with a world-class team to implement state-of-the-art models including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using cloud-native technologies.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel AI algorithms aimed at the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and inference latency for real-time applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model security.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
