Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced deep learning models and neural networks.
- Lead architectural decisions for large-scale AI infrastructure and data pipelines.
- Optimize existing algorithms to improve performance and reduce latency in production.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, including generative AI and large language models.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct regular technical code reviews.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
